the well head, Flexfab's Methane Gas Recovery Hose provides a durable,
flexible solution. Flexfab's
hose consists of two layers of spiral wound black Chloroprene coated
fiberglass fabric with wire helix between the plies. A loose
orange hose jacket of conductive silicone coated fabric protects the inner
liner from ultraviolet, ozone, and shields from abrasion
LEAKAGE: Zero leakage under water at 1 psi
MINIMUM CENTERLINE BEND RADIUS: 1 1/2 times the hose inside diameter
WALL THICKNESS AT CUFF: 0.090" to 0.065" - (except at fabric overlaps) VACUUM
CAPABILITY: 1" TO 6" ID - 3 psi vacuum at 200ºF
TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40ºF ambient to
+200ºF* PROOF
PRESSURE: 66% of burst pressure INSIDE
DIAMETER TOLERANCE: +/- .030" CUFF
