This is what we believe.

orders must be serviced promptly and accurately.  We are committed to the
general welfare of our employees and the belief that each must be treated as an
individual. We must respect their dignity and recognize their merit. There must be a sense
of security in their employment and compensation must be fair. Employees must feel free to
make suggestions and complaints. Working conditions must be safe, clean, and orderly.

Our final commitment is to our shareholders. The long term viability of the corporation
must be assured. New products and capabilities must be developed. New ideas must be
encouraged and experimented with. Research must be carried on and innovative programs
developed. Facilities and equipment must be properly maintained and replaced when
necessary. To meet this commitment, adequate profits are necessary, as well as reserves
for adverse times. With a fair price for our products and keeping costs under control, the
